At Philips Domestic Appliances, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Appliance

  Place the product in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items provided.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
